ACCEPTANCE of ORDERS
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation from LOGICAL COMPUTING does not constitute an acceptance of your order, nor does it provide confirmation of our offer to sell. LOGICAL COMPUTING reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. LOGICAL COMPUTING may require additional authorizations, verifications or other credit information before accepting any order. LOGICAL COMPUTING reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.
BACKORDERS
At LOGICAL COMPUTING, we automatically update our on-line store so that we may offer to our customers the most up-to-date products available. Due to the popularity of some products, we may not always have an item in stock. We have included product availability information on our product pages so that you will know if the item is currently available. LOGICAL COMPUTING will accept orders for out-of-stock items to ensure that you will be the first to receive the product once it becomes available. If your order is not in stock, the product will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by calling our Customer Service number.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Cards
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover/NOVUS. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with LOGICAL COMPUTING. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address (as listed by the issuing bank) and telephone number. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. The charge on your credit card will be processed at the time your purchase is ready for shipment.
Checks & Money Orders
LOGICAL COMPUTING accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. LOGICAL COMPUTING cannot guarantee the availability of a product or price by the time funds clear or payment is received. A $25 fee is charged on all returned checks.

Order Processing
Note: Please make sure your LOGICAL COMPUTING order number is written on all payments. We also suggest sending the payment to LOGICAL COMPUTING by Federal Express, UPS, or other carrier which tracks its deliveries to ensure delivery. Saturday Delivery will not be accepted.
Damaged Merchandise
If a product appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the damaged package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for LOGICAL COMPUTING to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in. Notify LOGICAL COMPUTING immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify LOGICAL COMPUTING of damaged goods within 3 days of delivery, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and the product will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
Product Price
All Prices are subject to change without notice and will be established at the time of order acceptance by LOGICAL COMPUTING. Order acceptance and sale by LOGICAL COMPUTING occurs at the time of shipment. Prices for back-ordered products are not guaranteed.
RETURN POLICY
Please contact Logical Computing before you make a return. No returns will be accepted without a valid accompanying authorization number and a copy of the original invoice. LOGICAL COMPUTING will not accept returns of opened software, memory, custom orders or build-to-order (BTO) products.
General Return Policy
Before returning any product, you must contact Logical Computing within ten (10) days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is good only for one (1) or more items from the same order and must match the product(s) authorized for return. The RMA is valid for ten (10) days from date of issuance. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Manufacturer restrictions do apply to all products. Any item missing the UPC can only be replaced with the same item. After ninety (90) days, only manufacturers’ warranties apply. LOGICAL COMPUTING reserves the right not to authorize the return of products that are no longer in production, or are being produced or published by a manufacturer or publisher that is insolvent, in bankruptcy, or will not accept returns from LOGICAL COMPUTING
For software, LOGICAL COMPUTING offers only a credit or replacement on unopened items. All products (unless otherwise noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact the manufacturer if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty that may not be available through LOGICAL COMPUTING. ALL returns must be processed pursuant to the Return of Products Instructions listed below. Any deviation from these instructions could result in a delay in processing or a complete forfeiture of your credit. Defective products such as laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, opened software, memory and special order items may only be returned for a replacement and not for a credit. Shipping fees, minimum order fees and insurance charges are not refunded.
Return of Defective Products
A defective product can be returned within ten (10) days of the invoice date for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair (at LOGICAL COMPUTING’s discretion). To return a defective product, please contact Logical Computing for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the Return of Products Instructions below. The RMA is valid for 7 days from date of issuance. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Manufacturer restrictions do apply. Any item missing the UPC can only be replaced with the same item. After ninety (90) days, only manufacturers’ warranties apply.
Return of Non-Defective Products
A non-defective product can be returned to LOGICAL COMPUTING within ten (10) days of the invoice date for: credit or exchange (at LOGICAL COMPUTING’s discretion). All non-defective returns are subject to a 15 percent (15%) restocking fee. To return a defective product, please contact Logical Computing for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the Return of Products Instructions below. The RMA is valid for 10 days from date of issuance. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Manufacturer restrictions do apply. Any item missing the UPC can only be replaced with the same item. After 30 days, only manufacturers’ warranties apply.
No Return of Custom Orders/BTO Products
LOGICAL COMPUTING does not accept returns of custom orders, build-to-order products or white boxes. Only manufacturer warranties apply to these products. If you have problems or questions regarding the return or replacement of a custom product you have received, please direct your questions to the manufacturer of the product.
Return of Products Instructions
1. Please call the RMA department to obtain a RMA number. RMA numbers will be void if LOGICAL COMPUTING has not received defective merchandise within 10 days after the RMA number has been issued. The following must be available to request for a RMA number:

2. Requirements for RMA processing:
· Ship defective product(s) to LOGICAL COMPUTING with freight prepaid.
· A copy of original invoice with item and serial number circled.
· A detailed note describing all problems.
· RMA number clearly marked on shipping label; please do not write on boxes.
· All returned products must be packed in the original packaging (improper packaging will void warranty).
3. Due to the high volume of receiving, LOGICAL COMPUTING is not responsible for any damages, losses, or refusal of items that are not clearly marked with the appropriate RMA number.
4. No replacements will be sent out UPS red or blue unless requested. The customer will be charged the shipping charges for this special handling.
5. All returned items must be in resalable condition: clean without store markings or writings, and not defaced or tampered with in any way. The returned product must be returned in their original manufactured carton, including all cables, manuals, diskettes, etc. or a full replacement/credit will not be issued.
6. A repaired or replacement product shall be warranted for the balance of the original product warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longest.
7. After replacement of RMA, LOGICAL COMPUTING reserves the right to request the total cost of the replace product(s) or the product(s) itself if later to be physically damaged by the customer.
The Customer who does not comply with the above requirements will delay RMA processing and therefore be subjected to a service charge. Replacement or repair will be made as soon as returned merchandise is received. No advance replacement will be made.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. LOGICAL COMPUTING will provide on-line technical notes on most products as well as links to the technical support departments of the manufacturers.
SHIPPING POLICY

TAX

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, LOGICAL COMPUTING retains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. LOGICAL COMPUTING shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, LOGICAL COMPUTING will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase price.
WARRANTIES
Manufacturer Warranty
Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer or publisher of the products. If you are returning or replacing merchandise more than ninety (90) days after the date of invoice, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. After 90 days, only manufacturers’ warranties apply. Manufacturers’ warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
Exceptions to our Warranty Policy
· Absolutely no credit for CPU, DRAM, MEMORY, and HARD DRIVE products.
· Laser printers cannot be returned after toner has been installed.
· All printers, monitors, and boxed cpus are manufacturers warranty only.
· All sales are final for any notebooks, software, diskettes, or special order items. Henceforth, no returns or credits will be issued.
